ORVIAFOUNDATION
GOVERNANCE

Public benefit needs visible controls.

ORVIA Foundation is being launched as a public-benefit programme operated by ORVIA Oversight Ltd. It is not presented as a registered charity.

01

Decision control

Support decisions require a human authoriser. AI may support administration but does not decide who deserves help.

02

Commercial separation

Foundation success is not measured by converting applicants into commercial customers. If support is not available, useful alternatives should be offered where possible.

03

Financial control

Funding sources, approved programmes and use of funds should be recorded and reviewable. No percentage of ORVIA revenue is claimed as allocated until formally approved.

04

Conflicts and complaints

The operating model should record conflicts of interest, complaints, selection reasons and how commercial ORVIA is separated from support decisions.

05

Privacy and safeguarding

Initial requests collect only what is needed. Sensitive personal, legal, financial, health or safeguarding material should move into an appropriate controlled environment rather than ordinary marketing systems.
